Terms of Service
Last updated September 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of Idge ("Idge," "we," "us"), a web app that helps small product businesses research wholesale markets, find potential buyers, track outreach and understand their sales. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You need an account to use Idge. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
2. What Idge provides — and what it doesn't
- Reports, buyer suggestions, scores and email drafts are generated with the help of AI and public web research. They are analysis and suggestions, not guarantees. Businesses and contacts we suggest may be out of date or wrong — verify them before relying on them.
- Nothing in Idge is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.
- Idge never sends emails to buyers on your behalf unless you choose a feature that clearly says it will. You are responsible for the messages you send and for following anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM) when you contact businesses.
- We don't promise any particular number of buyers, orders or revenue.
3. Your content
You own the information you put into Idge — your business details, client lists, notes and uploaded files. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Idge for you (for example, to generate your reports). Only upload data you have the right to use.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Idge to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, scrape or overload the service, or try to access other people's accounts or data.
5. Plans and payment
Idge is currently offered free during testing. If paid plans are introduced, we'll show the price and terms before you're charged, and you can cancel anytime.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Idge running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update features or these terms; if a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Idge is provided "as is," and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on Idge's suggestions.
9. Contact
