Privacy Policy

This explains what Idge collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, business name, email and password (stored securely by our login provider; we never see your password).
• Business information you enter: your company profile, products, prices, clients, contacts, notes, outreach history, orders and samples.
• Files you upload: spreadsheets of sales or customers.
• Basic technical data: such as your browser type and pages loaded, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To run Idge for you — show your dashboard, track outreach and generate reports and drafts.
• To send account emails (confirmation, password reset) and, if you leave it on, a daily reminder email.
• If you ask for an analyst review, a Idge analyst can see the report and question you sent.

We don't sell your data and don't use your client lists to market to anyone.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run Idge, who process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and sign-in.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Anthropic — the AI that writes reports and email drafts. The relevant details you entered are sent to generate each result.
• An email provider — to deliver reminder emails, if enabled.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any client, report or upload at any time.
• Turn off the daily reminder email in Settings.
• Delete your account in Settings — this permanently removes your data from our database.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and each account can only access its own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
